In order to create a more custom experience, we start with a testing and scoring system to learn how your body behaves under different circumstances. Metabolic Profiling looks at 100's of different traits that relate to your lifestyle, genetics, activities, performance, body type, and more when determining where your journey starts.
based on your Metabolic Profile, MetPro builds you a custom meal plan. Meal plans are flexible enough to allow for different dietary preferences.
Once you begin, your progress is monitored and the adjusting process begins just 72 hours after you start. If you're not yet seeing the desired results, MetPro will adjust your meal plan to become one level more or lest restrictive to meet your needs. MetPro will continue to re-evaluate and make adjustments until it's perfectly matched to your goal. MetPro learns how your metabolism works and what adjustments will improve your performance as an athlete.
